I, on the other hand, dream of a world where Apple haters stop being obsessed with a ridiculous competition like this. BTW, this is the bottom of the line M4....let's see how an M4 Max compares.

Exactly. The writers here are always very careful to compare the 12 CPU core Snapdragon Elite to 8 core and 10 core Apple CPUs. Never any mention of 12 or 16 core Apple CPUs.

The lowest price for an arm wins. 1350 euro for an air is too high of an entry point in my opinion. Perf per dollar matters less since I dont care of my apps open some 20% slower. It's about fractions off a second for normal users. But chromes with arm are too slow.
