Application port on Windows

I have installed the an application which will work over the network. I can not connect this application from other computers. I need to open some port on windows firewall. How can I find this application listening port?

Does the application have any documentation you can refer to? And are these other computers on the same local network?

What's the name of the app? Once you know that you can then use Windows Firewall to create a rule to open a port to allow the app to communicate.
