APPS- microsoft band and store problems

hello im having problems with

a) microsoft band app
b) store app

both on L930 win mob 10 latest version. Im not on insider build

a) microsoft band seems to stopped working since 21/9/2017 and as the synch line goes to end a popup message appears " System error"

b) store after the last 2 updates. Thought second one would fix the problem, once started it just shows two lines and only "home" and "menu" nothing else. I hyave to go to "downloads" and press the back button then home is fine.

anyone else experiencing these app problems?

I cannot update Store app either.

Error code 0x80073CF9

Started happening after Windows 10 Mobile September update.
 
@Diamond67 i had the same error for few days and then was updated but still the above problem was there again. Maybe you are right it might started after the September update
 
Update: Band app seems to be working again but store still the same although it was updated
