Apps not working on Alcatel Fierce XL running WM10

[Windows Central Question]

I have an Alcatel Windows Mobile 10 phone and I can not get some apps running on it that work on other WM10 phones. The one that is driving me crazy is that I can't get Netflix to start.

I have updated my phone and I reset my phone back to factory but it still doesn't work. Any ideas?

try to uninstall netflix and install again
