Apps on sdcard

If i move apps to sd card then insert it on other wp will it run or not

The reason is because it only recognizes it as data, and not data to be used.
However, it works just fine with pictures.

This has been discussed numerous times previously already. At any rate, this is the summary of the reason: the app needs the combination of the hardware identity of the phone and of the SD Card for it to run; change either one of those and it will no longer run. That's the reason why either transferring an app-containing SD Card to another phone or copying the apps from one SD Card to another won't work... in Windows Phones.
