Apps stuck in download mode...

Since this about the 23rd I have not been able to download new apps or download updates to apps. Has anyone had this issue and know how to correct. I have done the following:

1) Soft reboot
2) My apps all download to device. But I did try changing to the SD card and then back to device ... nothing

I'm also on preview build: 10.0.14977.1000

Did you check your storage? maybe your storage is full. If you have warranty, take it in. It is easier for it to get diagnosed by a tech and fixed live.

Yes, I checked storage and it has plenty of space both on the phone and SDCard
