Apt-x already available?

The latest Lumia update inlcuded some bluetooth improvements, but no further details were given. Since many recent bluetooth headphones/speakers support the superior (in terms of audio quality) Apt-X codec, I was wondering if Nokia has included this new codec in the A2DP 4.0 Bluetooth profile or if we still have to wait for it. I found very little information on this so is there someone who can enlighten me?

I'm sure there's a post about this already, where Nokia said APTX is NOT supported.

To be honest, this strikes me as the sort of thing that would need to be supported by WP itself, rather than something Nokia specific.
