Archmage Defense - Crashing - How Refund ? ( tried L820/520)

Hi, i purchased game - Archmage Defense, but it crashing on my phones (L820 and L520) ... It shows Logo and then Crash... How can i ask refund from MS ? Or 1,99? is lost ?

i woulda assume you have tried reinstalling the game?

yes tried ... How contact MS ? i created some topic on their forum but i dont know if its good...
