Are SD cards with more that 200 gb compatible with Microsoft Surface Book 2?

I want to expand the memory for more than 200 GB, probably, for 400-500 GB, but I am not sure if the Microsoft Surface Book 2 can read this type of microslot cards. The specs are Intel Core i5, 8 GB RAM with 256 GB storage.

Theoretically cards up to 2 TB should be supported if my knowledge is correct so you should be fine.

I have a 400GB microsd card in my Surface pro and it works to full capacity. I would think the SB2 would work just as well, but can't say for certain.
