Are you using framing grids?

Curious if any of you are finding these grids helpful and using it by default (for photo/video), if so which one and why?

I understand the technical aspects of photography far better than the artistic aspects. With that being the case, I tend to stick to one of the most basic guidelines of composition, which would be the rule of thirds. Of course, it doesn't work in all situations, and so it's more of a suggestion than a hard rule for me, but I like having the grid there as a reminder.
