ARM influence on mini-PCs

Do you guys think mini-PCs like the Ockel Sirius A (which i personally think looks slick and seems promising) will be gravely influenced by the upcoming evolution of using ARM for Windows 10 PCs? And if so, would they rather try to fit mini-PCs into that new direction or would they totally miss the market because of it?

Until items like the Sirius A has the 'Samsung' name on the front people usually ignore stuff like that.

excalibur has a point there, but I think the market is in a weird place right now and Ockel may be in an odd position now but its worth noting that it's still going to be a while before Windows 10 on ARM is a workable choice on a phone.
