Asphalt 8 for a tablet

Hi, I've recently got a HP stream 7 tablet, and I'd like to know if it's possible to pass my progress from my Lumia 820 into that tablet, I was considering to use a temporal Facebook account to try, but I'd like to know if it is going to work by asking first, thanks
