asus f552cl incompatible with windows 10 1809

After contacting both asus and Microsoft because my laptop asus f552cl does not work with windows 10 1809 I have finally been told that it is not compatible with this update. With windows 10 1803 is all fine. So now what? Will I have to stick with 1803 for ever? And next update 1903? This is ridiculous, serious companies do not behave like this...

When you say it "does not work" I assume you've installed 1809 and are having problems. Right?
If so, did you upgrade from 1803 or do a clean install?
If I were you, I'd back up whatever you've got that works, presumably 1803, and clean install 1809 (if you haven't already). Then, let us have the specific issue you have if any- not just "does not work".
