AT&T LTE Valentine's Day Surprise

I'm in Gainesville, Florida and haven't ever seen a road map that had LTE coming here anytime soon. About an hour or two ago, though, I noticed that my 920 is now on an LTE network. Is this just AT&T testing the area, or is LTE finally here?

Just popped up on my iPhone as well hopefully it is a permanent thing cause damn it makes the 4g look slow
