AT&T Lumia 920 backorder?

AT&T claims to be getting these phones in daily but I preordered mine on the 9th and no word of when they will get them in stock. They knew the phone would sell well so why they didn't have a good supply of them I'll never know. Has anybody heard how long it'll take them to be off of backorder? They won't tell me anything.

Yea the Cyan is apparently backordered. Info from another thread has them shipping 7-14 days after ordering. Hopefully tomorrow for you.

Thanks! I sure hope so! I see all sorts of threads saying people who ordered 2 days before me have already got theirs and I'm pretty excited to try it out and leave Verizon.

Interesting, now i maybe should have called the directly to see what the quantity on hand is. I saw online that the yellow was sold out. All others were in however. Maybe the website is wrong and they are out of inventory

All they will tell you is that they are on backorder. They never showed sold out when I placed my order or on the website so good luck.

I can't get red either. It's even "out of stock" on the website and I can't put in an order.

i ordered 2 white ones last night and they are supposed to arrive in 3 days. the rep didnt say they were back ordered. i also called my local att store and they are supposed to have them in stock there as well....

amazon.com also has them in stock, for certain colors

They didn't tell me they were backordered either, I found that out later when I asked why it was still in processing after 2 days.

That was quick. I ordered cyan on monday through premiere and shipping info just says in progress. I wish I can get it b4 thanks giving.

In progress doesn't mean a thing to AT&T lol I'm sure it'll be worth the wait though. I just wish they'd actually give you some info on what's going on and when you will get it.

just checked tracking and it is indeed on its way... only thing that isnt yet shipped are the charging plates... woop woop! arrival date is tuesday

My parents ordered yellow on the 11th and it looks like they will be waiting for a lOOOOOOOOONG time.

I order my Cyan last Saturday, the 10th, and as of this morning it has finally shipped. Unfortunately my girlfriends yellow is in the "processing" stage. Which is sort of good because I can figure mine out and then help her with hers.

I'm soooo loosing my patience. I ordered my yellow one from my AT&T guy (trying to help him out with commission). That was 5 weeks ago and they still can't tell me anything about when I'll be getting it. I'm fricken frustrated.

I've had the same issue it will be a month soon since i ordered my cyan and no news though they were nice enough to tell me my Charging pad came in. sadly that was a week ago and still no sign of the phone.
