AT&T Lumia 920 owners

If you want an out of cycle upgrade from a 920 to a Lumia 1020 go call AT&T and complain about the missing GDR2 update. I recently called customer service and explained to them it was unacceptable for the update to be taking this long, and told them I wanted to cancel my service.

The AT&T rep ended up giving me an out of cycle phone upgrade, and I now have a Lumia 1020.

Customers who only complain on the forum and don't call AT&T are just unheard angry people without new 41 mega pixel cameras!

Now go nag your AT&T rep!

I'm another happy 1020 owner. I didn't complain about the Amber/GDR2 update for my 920 to get the upgrade to the 1020 though; I had an upgrade available on another line. They "cross-upgraded" me; my line that my 920 was on, to a 1020.

It's cool also because I got to keep my 920 as well... so now I have both!
