AT&T Lumia 950 Firmware

I am thinking of buying a AT&T Lumia 950, but directly from the Microsoft Store. Does anyone know if this phone will come with the latest firmware?

Hi there.
Well here's the thing,since the release of W10 mobile your device will be receiving the OS updates whenever they are released to the public whether they are locked or unlocked BUT the firmware will still take some time because the radio stack needs to be modified by the carrier and this is only a problem IF YOU BUY A LOCKED/ CARRIER BRANDED PHONE. Unlock phones have no problem with the firmware as well. E.g Lumia 950XL unlocked in the U.S and the world has received the firmware but the locked 950 hasn't. So if your ok with the 1-2 months delay for firmware, so go for it but personally,I would recommend you to buy the unlocked one.
DO REMEMBER THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE OS UPDATES WHENEVER THEY'RE RELEASED BUT FIRMWARE WILL TAKE TIME!
