says nothing about HTC , Samsung , LG ect.. being exclusive.

im sure the other carriers with LTE support will get LTE WP7.5 as well , like the Titan 2.

I read somewhere that LG Fantasy will be LTE phone. Maybe LG is coming for Verizon or T-Mobile...
