From what I remember, .218 was rolled out for the 950, but not sure about the 640. If you want to check windows 10 out, then download windows insider from store and enrol in the release preview ring. This is a stable preview, which many devices have received OTA. Don't join the fast or slow ring though, unless you are confident you can recover your phone.
