ATT Lumia 920 no local scout?

I don't see local scout...is it not up for the ATT Lumia 920?
If so, where?

the display models i played with today certainly had it on the start screen and in the apps list.

When you press the Search button on your phone, do you see a little icon with three buildings on it? That's where Local Scout resides You can pin to start from there.

You might also need to have "Use my location" on in the settings somewhere - not 100% sure.

you need to know that Local scout is not in the start screen by default. you need to pin it. I think since I'm getting my HTC 8S soon
