Attachments

Anyone notice how long it takes this device to download an attachment from an email?

I get photos and PDF documents daily and it takes forever to download them no matter where I am or if I am on a good wifi connection.

Any help would be appreciated.

Could the mail server you're downloading them be slow? Are you getting them from Hotmail?

Could it be the phone actually opening the file that is slow and not the download? I sometimes wonder if that is the case on my Trophy.

Sometimes if it is taking a long time I cancel and start again and it pops up instantly.

That is exactly what happens to me and it happens on all of my emails. I thought I was crazy! Some attachments won't even open and when I check my galaxy tablet they open fine. This needs to be corrected.
