attachments

I got email saying to see the attachment of hrs cant do it so it either I don't have a program to open it or they did not attach to me please help last laptop I had open office open the attachment for me now nothing is. Thanks

and finally the attachment came and LIBRE has open the program for attachment.
I thought it would be Open office that would read it but Guess not.
