I think you all want Cortana also in german language - Now is the Chance to vote for it in official MS UserVoice Page. They wrote there that this could influence the decision which languages Comes next:

Germany is a rich country, and they are all crazy for cars, phone, and the other fancy stuff (i just like phones ^^). So they should focus on germany in their own interest anyway...

Thats correct, but it would be good for us AND for the platform to have the german Cortana as fast as possible
