Audio problem - with respect to phone calls and music

I bought a lumia 720 phone 2 months back. It was working fine till yesterday. I am facing an audio issue wherein i am not able to play music through the loud speaker. But when i use my headphones, i am able to hear the music. Also when i am not able to hear the other person nor the phone rings when i call someone (both with and without earphones). But when i try the same with the loud speaker on while calling someone, then i am able to hear the phone ringing and even the person's voice on the call being picked.

Please help me with this issue.

There about three similar threads on the same issue. If a soft reset and hard reset don't solve the problem then its most likely a faulty headphone jack. Send it in for repairs.
