I got 2 6700's from ebay. One works great, the other one, well, the seller unlocked it, I don't know if that has something to do with it or not. We activated it and we can make calls on it fine, but we cannot receive any calls. Verizon went through their "troubleshooting" and said all phone settings are right. Any idea how to fix this or where I can take it to get it fixed?

Dialed ##778 and clicked edit, entered Verizon's code (000000) and went to modem settings. Changed to enable hybrid mode and changed the cycle interval from 2 to 1. Works just fine now. It was stuck in EVDO only, so was able to use data but nothing else.
