Background - Black vs White

Black background is of course better for battery life due to the amoled screen. But the question is how much difference does it make compared to the white background? Can anyone who has experience tell me please?

I think the black background just looks a ton better than white. Especially with the clearblack display everything really pops.

True. But sometimes i like some changes

I want to like the light theme but the white background is distracting because it highlights how much empty/negative space there is between the tiles.
