Background picture offsets

When i try to select a background picture for my start screen, i line it up so that everything is the way i want it and is central. Once i apply it and go to my start screen, it offsets the picture, dropping it to the right and lower. Is there anyway to sort this and get it central?

That's ovious because image scrolls down or left with a 3d background effect when you scroll tiles or app list.
It's intentional on all phones. If you want it centered since start, make trials moving grid to the right
