So, after my Portico update yesterday, all of my pull notifications have apparently stopped working for all pinned apps. moBudget hasn't backed up, TV Show has not updated the tile, Weather has not updated location, etc. This is really worrying me, as this was an issue on Mango where after x amount of apps installed, this crap occured. I just killed them all off, and turned them back on, hoping for a fix. Has anybody else experienced this? It started 34 minutes after my update.

Looks like the SAME issue, I deleted 3-4 apps with background agents, & boom, its back. I can't believe this still exists
