Ok, I've noticed since moving over to WP8.1 that for some reason my WhatsApp media doesn't get backed up with I plug my phone into my PC like all the other photo's on my phone (which it used to do). I still have the old WhatsApp folder on my PC and phone but when I receive files on WA now they get saved to the 'Other Pictures' folder which isn't getting backed up. I did a hard reset on my phone a couple of weeks ago and lost a load of pics because I didn't realise this.
Am I alone on this? And does anyone know how to solve this issue?
