Backup not working?

All, trying to backup my 1520 but it reaches 96% and stops with a failure message. Any thoughts on this one? 1520 8.1 update 1

Have you tried a soft reset then attempt again?

Yeah, all the usual. Hold down the volume button and power yada yada

Try changing the region to English, also for the keyboard and language then try to update it again. Thinking out of the box may be bizarre but its usually works for me
