Backup won't work on my AT&T 1520's....HELP!

I have the settings for it to backup the apps and settings. When I press backup it get's up to 97% done and then the message: "There was a problem backing up your settings. Try again later." appears.

What's interesting is I have 2 1520's one black and one white and they both have been doing the same thing when I try to backup each device.

Anyone having the same problem? Anyone know of a fix?

Btw, they are both AT&T 1520's with the latest software (WP 8.1 Cyan) on them. I really want to get this issue resolved so I can have good backup's available for when Denim finally is available for my phones.

Go to manage backups and delete your old backup and try again

Hey i have the same problem, but im not sure if i have to delete both "Settings backup" and "App backup"
When im in the Manage backup,
does both of them have to be markt with a tick?

Just tick and delete both since they will be recreated when you successfully backup.
