Banking apps UK anyone?

Anyone know when the UK banks are going to support Windowsphone? As wp8 is meant to be 1 of the more secure mobile OS out there its a shame that there are no banking apps at all.

anyone work for the major banks with any news? anyone else heard anything?

I tweeted my bank (Halifax/Bank of Scotland) and they replied that they had no plans at the moment...

Though I've just pinned their mobile website to my start screen and it actually all works pretty nicely on my phone.

Yea for me it's quick with Lloyds to use the browser but for my cousin who i recommended a windows phone to she's with HSBC and they need that keypad thing with them all the time and she finds it very annoying because with android there are all of the banking apps, I've told her they will probably come in the next 6 months or so once the wp8 market share increases and more businesses start using wp8
