bash.exe is missing from the Windows Store

When I complete all the steps to install the Bash shell and type bash from Start I get:

C:\>bash
Windows Subsystem for Linux has no installed distributions.
Distributions can be installed by visiting the Windows Store:

That URL redirects me to a broken link.

I am running Win 10 Pro 64-bit Build 16232.

Anyone have any ideas?
