I have tried the app "Battery Level" but all it shows is overall battery consumption. Is there an app that shows what is using the battery so we can know what to turn off?
 
Sincerely doubt this is possible to monitor using documented APIs within the sandbox. Hasn't been one on WP7, even with fully unlocked ROMs.
