Battery drain and recharging issue is this normal..?

Hi guys my lumia 720 is only 2-4 days old and the battery sux big time i don't know what is wrong with it.
Firsty it takes abt 4hours to charge the battery completely 100% ..is this time normal...?
Secondly my battery drains fastly sometimes 7%in 19mins..i uses 2g after that too it drains so fastly...somtimes it shows battery is 60% and the nxt tym it jumps to 45% i hv turned off all the background apps...what should i do...? Especially recharge time is 4ht which s pretty annoying..

Bro everything s turned off bt,nfc,location high sensitive still it drains more over recharge time s so longg

Are you using the official charger?
And do you let it charge completely instead of charging in installments?
Try a soft reset - Vol Down + Power button, phone will switch off, release the buttons and it'll reboot, you won't lose any data.

Yea m using official charger...i did full 100% recharge today that too twice..even did soft rest still same
