Battery issue

Hello guys.

I bought a Lumia 620 yesterday and I'm loving it!

It has the Portico update too.

Except that I've had a horrible battery experience.

I charged it for around 10+ hours in the night. It was full when I unplugged the charger.

However, the battery only lasted for 6 hours and came down to 21% !!

I only had WhatsApp running in the background and nothing else.

Is it a faulty battery?

I'm not sure about the 620 but when I first got my 920 the battery life on the first 2/3 charges wasn't that great. Keep charging it and discharging it for a couple of cycles and I think you'll find the life of each charge will get better and better.

Try removing whatssapp and see if the battery is better

I think whatsapp is the one that draining your battery fast.I just realized that when my battery apps show discharge rate 30%/hour after using whatsapp.
