Battery Sense.. Gone?

Ok, so first I downloaded the "Battery Level For WP8" and it was good, then I found "Battery Sense" and it seemed more accurate.
I just now noticed that the battery level still says 74% and every time I try and go to the app, it just takes me back to the start screen.
SEarching for it in the Marketplace brings up no results. Could it have been taken down? Or maybe just the MP is buggin' tonight.

I first noticed that it stopped working: the tile, lockscreen status just showed what it used to and I could no longer open the app.

I uninstalled it, noticed it was missing on the store when using the phone, so reinstalled it from the Windows Phone Store web UI: Battery Sense | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (United States) . For now, it's working again.
