I recently decided to try and seek out why Bell Mobility does not carry any Nokia Lumia devices, or have much support for Windows Phones in general. What a run around! I spoke to no less than 6 people, all of which spoke with me as though I was asking to see if they carried a slap-chop as a mobile device. One customer care rep gave me an e-mail address to submit my concerns, which after sending a thoughtful e-mail, emailed me a form letter informing me to call the customer service line. If they don't want to be seen as an oligopoly here in Canada, they should stop acting like one. Finally, one rep told me in a stern voice that they carry only what's on the website and I was welcome to go buy my own unlocked device or switch carriers. For those of you who are WP fans, do not sign on with Bell. They clearly have zero interest in the platform or supporting it.
