Best Active Stylus?

I am buying a secondhand Surface 3 device. I know it does not come with a Surface Pen/active stylus.

Can anyone recommend any good third party pens?

Why third party? Surface Pens can be found used on fleabay or amazon for only a few bucks. A new one is worth every penny IMO, especially the Surface 4 Pen.
