Best Free Anti virus?

I have Anti virus that is paid for but I am at the device limit and don't want to pay for 2 licenses so I am wondering what is a good anti virus that doesn't take up to much resources? I have this McAfee trial which I got with the computer which I will be deleting since I don't like them at all even with this 30 day trial.

The built in Defender suffices for basic usage.

I'm a fan of Avast! personally.

AVG is also a fine solution.
