Best way to transfer music to my HP stream 7

Can some one please tell me what is the best way to transfer music to my HP stream 7? I thought I could plug the USB cable but my computer won't read the tablet. Thanks.

Over OneDrive, or by flash drive, since its a full PC.
get an OTG cable, and plug in a USB drive and you can copy music over from there.

MicroSD, USB drive with an OTG cable, Wi-Fi, bluetooth (slow), or OneDrive will all work.
