Best Wireless Router for Windows ecosystem?

I need to upgrade all my network equipment including my wireless router. Which manufacturer (Linksys, NetGear, etc.) makes the best one that works great with Windows Phone and Windows 10 devices. Thanks!

Honestly, as far as I know they all work fine.

I would prefer one that is DD-WRT capable if you're an enthusiast like that but otherwise you're asking something akin to "what's the best 16 GB microSD card for my phone?" They all work, some may work better than others but it won't be hard to infer from their labels and age.

Hi @ xandros9!:wink: Not all routers are created equal! Buy cheap and you get cheap. I found that out the hard way!:smile: A good router can add a extra layer of protection for your system.

I've always found Linksys to be the most stable routers and easiest to manage. Just make sure you get a dual band model.
