Bing Rewards Outside US!

Currently Bing rewards is only available in the US and it doesn't seem like Microsoft has any plans to change that! Now that Bing rewards is in Cortana/Bing in wp8.1 its really annoying not to be able to get rewards!
Does anybody know if there are any plans to roll it out globally? If not, why not?

I think if we all start contacting them via Twitter ect we might show that there is demand for it in other countries and maybe persuade them to roll it out world wide! Is there a Bing uservoice site where we can suggest ideas such as this?

I've never heard an explanation to this but guessing it may have something to do with how poor some of the MS services are outside the US might be a main one. Bing isn't that great in many other countries so it might make it difficult to collect points on a crap system.

Just a thought.
