Bing wallpaper on lockscreen stopped working

My phone (950 with latest stable build) no longer gets the bing wallpaper on the lock screen and does not remember the setting, just falls back to my pictures.

Is this happening to anyone else or is the bing lock screen working for others?

I don't do this with the build in setting as it always gave me problems.

I use the UWP Windows 10 app : Dynamic theme.

Thanks, works great. The bing lock had worked for months no issue then just stopped. Dynamic Theme appears to work well
