I live in Saudi Arabia, and I have Lumia 920 device.
I check for the availability hourly and finally it says that the black is available, I opened settings, check for updates, but it says that my phone is up to date????

basically any purchase from a retail store in KSA will be a mobily version because those are the only ones that work with the 4g frequencies.
Mobily is tuning the update, so wait a while and you will have it.
