Black Jack - Blackjack 2 GPS Software question?

Does anyone know of any GPS software that is standalone for the BJII, like a tom tom or garmin GPS unit. I don't used the data plans with my phone but I would like to be able to use the gps function with offline maps on an sd card or loaded directly into the phone..is this possible? I hope you can help.. this is a great forum and I hope to be as proficient in the use and care of my new BJII as others are here. Also, I see software for tracking other GPS enabled phones, is it possible to load a piece of software on a device (Black Jack or Black Jack II) to track the phone with my phone? Just wondering??? And to answer your other question regarding if you can track other phones, the gps device built into the phone isnt capable of locating other devices.
