black screen but still works ?

i didn't drop my phone or anything (i mean i have before) & when i tried turning the screen on it wouldn't. The screen was just black. I could still press the buttons on the bottom. I was able to unlock my phone & everything. At a certain angle in the light i could barely see the screen. I receive messages & calls it's killing my i can't respond :angry: Everything is working except for the fact that i cannot see the screen.
what is wrong with my phone & how can i fix it ?????

Bump for his Xarria's post. I'm having as similar problem. Out of the blue while using it, my phone just went black. The buttons on the bottom will still light up randomly and can be pushed. At other times they won't light up and when you hold the power button the phone just vibrates for a second. None of the reset options seem to be working for me. I have tried the volume down + power and the volume down + power + camera. Anyone experienced this or found a fix.

I just down loaded the latest update about 24 hours before this happened.
