black screen of death

Hi. My phone cant boot the os. Whenever i tried to turn the phone on, the screen shows "unable to find any boot option, press any key to shutdown". Tried nokia software updater for retail but it failed in the final step - "device unsupported". I sent my phone to nokia care, but its been a month and i havent heard anything from them. Can someone tell me if my problem is fixable? Thanks

This problems comes up from time to time... The 520, 625 and 1020 have had this issue. The problem is most likely faulty hardware. If you send it to Nokia Care they will most likely change out the motherboard and send the device back.. If you feel you have been waiting too long then you should contact them
