Black update

CAN EVERY 620 user just get the black update already? :crying::crying::crying: lol this is sad, I am seeing complaints from other countries too. Before 8.1 was released atleast may all users get updates its honestly disappointing and discouraging!

If u already got GDR 3 then the only reason to be excited is for the tap to awake, that is a battery hog on a phone which already got bad backup...
I stopped using tap to awake since I installed 8.1 on my 620.
