Blacklisted Tmobile phone on ATT - will it work

Hey guys! A couple days ago I had thread here about my 925 (bought from Craigslist) being blacklisted. So I decided to sell it on eBay, and this time luck might be on my side now. I have a guy asking me if it will work on ATT. Anybody know will it or not?

I just read on XDA Developers that blacklisted Tmo Samsung does work on ATT (buy not vise versa). Anybody can confirm this? If Samsung works I think Lumia 925 should work also

Update: I forgot to mention. My 925 is SIM unlocked

Best chance it has on being used as a phone again probably is overseas on some carrier you never heard of.

It works. Just checked it with att SIM card
